1. Refer Knights of the Road to us and let us honor them on our Knight of the Road Spotlight.  It is very important to hear about the works of others.  Not only is it inspiring, but it is also good for our health because it increases our immune system and releases endorphins.

2. Throughout the middle ages, wives defended the homes while their husbands were out fighting and marauding.  The wives frequently had to fight in full armour to protect the homes; they formed knighthoods.  So tell us about Your Knight of the Home, so we can feature them also.
